Frozen Meals

Prepared at the Grand Forks Senior Center, most frozen meals have 500mg or less of sodium and contain less than 30% of the calories from fat - and they are tasty! The meals are flash frozen and may be reheated in an oven or microwave.

Ordering Frozen Meals

To order frozen meals, place your order by viewing the frozen meal list below (click the link that says ‘Current list of available frozen meals’) and then calling 701-772-7245 or 701-757-4869. Then you can come through our weekday drive-thru from 11:30 am - Noon (You must place your order by 10:30 am the day of in order to get your meals through the drive-thru.) to pick up your frozen meals and get a hot meal at the same time! You can also pick them up at the front of the Senior Center (620 4th Ave S) during work hours.

Frozen meal delivery arrangements can be made if necessary. Because we do not deliver daily, multiple meals will be delivered at one time.

Cost of Frozen Meals

If you would like to contribute for your frozen meals, the suggested donation is $3.50/meal and you can mail a check (please indicate ‘frozen meals’ on the memo line) to the Grand Forks Senior Center, 620 4th Ave S, Grand Forks, ND 58201 or you can call 701-772-7245 to pay with your credit card or EBT card.
